Using our industry-leading software to monitor your order, we’ll provide you with regular updates throughout the process to ensure that you know exactly what’s happening with your vehicle.

After receiving your request we’ll send you a written quotation.
If you like the look of your quote and it fits your specification and budget, please fill in a credit application.

We wouldn’t like to sell anyone a vehicle they can’t afford, this step just makes sure you're able to keep up with payments.
Now your credit application has been approved. We will send you your vehicle contract, simply check the terms and sign on the dotted line to get your vehicle on its way to you.
Once your order is placed our admin team will be in touch to send you your finance documents to sign and return.
We will keep you up-to-date on your vehicle's progress every step of the way. If your car or van is in stock, we can generally book your delivery straight away. Factory ordered vehicles usually take a tad longer. We will deliver your vehicle anywhere in the UK free of charge.
This is where we hand you the keys! Upon delivery, a vehicle acceptance note will be signed to check you are fully satisfied with your vehicle and that's it! After this we'll only be in touch if it's really necessary - we don't like to pester. At the end of your contract, we'll get in touch to talk you through handing your vehicle back and arranging another vehicle for you if you require.
